GEA has decided to introduce a AUD$500 (GST exclusive) annual fee for non-members to access the SCP data the Association posts on its website. Members will continue to have access to the data as a benefit of membership.

The SCP is set at the beginning of each month by Saudi Arabia’s state owned oil company Saudi Aramco and is the primary driver of LPG pricing in Australia and the Far East.

Non-members that pay the fee will be entitled to access on the GEA portal the following:

(a) monthly SCP data; and

(b) historical SCP data.

The new fee will apply from Friday 28 April 2017.
